The Pass 'N Pour promotion is open to customers who have signed up via the official Mowchi landing page during the promotional period and are following Mowchi on both Instagram and TikTok. Eligible customers will receive an email notifying them if their chosen participating store is taking part and providing details on how to claim their free drink. To redeem the offer, customers must present their promotional email in store. The offer is valid for one regular hot or cold drink from the standard menu only and excludes all Signature drinks. Any extras, modifiers or upgrades will be charged at the standard menu price. The offer is valid for takeaway orders only, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative product. Only 50 free drinks are available as part of this promotion at participating locations. Prizes are available on a first come, first served basis and, once all prizes have been claimed, the promotion will end. The giveaway is open to individuals who enter via the Aldgate sign-up webpage only. Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Each winner will receive a QR code entitling them to redeem one complimentary drink per week for 52 consecutive weeks from the date the QR code is issued. Redemption is limited to one drink every seven (7) days and is valid only at the Aldgate location. Eligible drinks include any regular-sized beverage listed under the “Coffee” menu or any regular-sized matcha beverage listed under the “Matcha” menu. All redemptions are subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
