These Terms & Conditions apply to the Mowchi Moments loyalty programme and associated rewards. By creating a Mowchi account and participating in Mowchi Moments, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1. Joining Mowchi Moments Mowchi Moments is available to customers who download the Mowchi app and successfully register for an account. Mowchi Moments and rewards are personal to the registered account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or combined with another account. Only one account should be created per customer. Mowchi reserves the right to remove rewards or restrict accounts where it reasonably suspects misuse, duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity. 2. Free Welcome Coffee Customers who successfully register for a Mowchi account will receive one Free Coffee welcome reward. The Free Coffee is valid for 30 days from account creation and must be redeemed before the expiry shown in the app. The reward includes one of the following: Double Espresso Americano Flat White Latte Cappuccino Mocha All drinks are regular size only. Modifiers, upgrades and extras are available at an additional cost and all products are subject to availability. The reward can only be redeemed once and has no cash value. 3. Collecting Mowchi Moments Customers can collect one Mowchi Moment when spending £5 or more in a single qualifying transaction. £5 is the minimum qualifying spend and not an earning rate. Spending £10, £20 or £45 in one transaction will still earn a maximum of one Mowchi Moment. Customers can collect a maximum of one Mowchi Moment every 12 hours. Additional transactions within the same 12-hour period will not earn additional Moments. Separate transactions cannot be combined to reach the £5 minimum spend. The £5 qualifying spend is calculated after discounts, rewards, vouchers or other deductions have been applied. Customers must present their Mowchi app/account before the transaction is completed. Mowchi Moments cannot be added retrospectively, including where proof of purchase is provided afterwards. 4. Surprise Free Coffee 2 hours after redeeming the initial Free Coffee welcome reward, eligible customers may receive an additional Free Coffee reward in their Mowchi account. This reward is valid for 48 hours from the time it is issued. If it is not redeemed within this period, it will expire and the customer's Mowchi Moments journey will continue as normal. The reward includes one regular-size: Double Espresso Americano Flat White Latte Cappuccino Mocha Redeeming the Free Coffee does not earn a Mowchi Moment, and the value of the free drink does not count towards the £5 qualifying spend. If a customer purchases at least £5 of additional qualifying items when redeeming their Free Coffee, they may earn one Mowchi Moment, subject to the standard 12-hour collection limit. 5. 6 Mowchi Moments – Free Signature Drink Customers who reach 6 Mowchi Moments will receive a Free Signature Drink reward, valid for 30 days from issue. The reward can be redeemed against one of the following: Blossom Spritz Mango Spritz Pandan Latte Crème Brûlée Latte Dirty Brown Sugar Matcha Pandan Matcha All drinks are regular size only. Modifiers, upgrades and extras are available at an additional cost. Redeeming the free drink does not itself earn a Mowchi Moment or count towards the £5 qualifying spend. Additional qualifying spend of £5 or more may earn one Moment, subject to the standard 12-hour collection limit. 6. 9 Mowchi Moments – Free Drink & Sando Customers who reach 9 Mowchi Moments will receive a Free Drink & Sando reward, valid for 30 days from issue. Customers can choose one regular-size Coffee OR Matcha from the following: Coffee: Double Espresso, Americano, Flat White, Latte, Cappuccino or Mocha. Matcha: Original, Vanilla, Strawberry or White Choc Pistachio. Customers can also choose one Sando from the following: Smash Spice Seolful BBQ The Great Katsu Beef Encounter All drinks are regular size only. Modifiers, upgrades, substitutions and extras may incur an additional charge. Unless otherwise stated in the app, the free drink and Sando must be redeemed together in the same transaction. Redeeming the reward does not itself earn a Mowchi Moment or count towards the £5 qualifying spend. Additional qualifying spend of £5 or more may earn one Moment, subject to the standard 12-hour collection limit. 7. Reward Rules All rewards and menu items are subject to availability. Rewards must be redeemed before the expiry date/time displayed in the Mowchi app. Expired rewards cannot ordinarily be extended, reinstated or redeemed retrospectively. Rewards are valid once only, have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash or retrospectively applied to a completed transaction. Unless otherwise stated, rewards cover the standard menu item only. Modifiers, upgrades, additional ingredients and extras may incur an additional charge. Unless otherwise stated, rewards cannot be used alongside another discount, voucher, promotion or reward against the same item. Where a qualifying purchase is subsequently refunded, cancelled or reversed, Mowchi reserves the right to remove any Mowchi Moment earned from that transaction. 8. General Customers are responsible for presenting and accessing their Mowchi account at the time of purchase. Mowchi cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the app. Where Mowchi confirms that a technical error within its systems has prevented a Moment or reward from being correctly issued or redeemed, it may take reasonable steps to correct the account. Mowchi reserves the right to remove Moments or rewards and/or restrict an account where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse or attempts to circumvent the programme rules. Mowchi may make reasonable changes to the Mowchi Moments programme, rewards, qualifying spend or collection rules. Where appropriate, reasonable notice of material changes will be provided. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects customers' statutory rights.

The giveaway is open to individuals who enter via the Aldgate sign-up webpage only. Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Each winner will receive a QR code entitling them to redeem one complimentary drink per week for 52 consecutive weeks from the date the QR code is issued. Redemption is limited to one drink every seven (7) days and is valid only at the Aldgate location. Eligible drinks include any regular-sized beverage listed under the “Coffee” menu or any regular-sized matcha beverage listed under the “Matcha” menu. All redemptions are subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The QR code is issued for the sole use of the selected winner and must not be shared, copied, transferred, reproduced, or distributed in any form. Mowchi reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or cancel the prize immediately if there is any suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, abuse of the offer, or breach of these terms and conditions, including the sharing or unauthorised use of the QR code. Lost, stolen, damaged, or duplicated QR codes may not be replaced. Mowchi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice. By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to these terms and conditions. Winners announced Tuesday 2nd June 2026.
